AEROS 2024 YEAR END REVIEW

DEC 31, 2024 – (LOS ANGELES) – 2024 has been a monumental year for Aeros as we made significant strides in commercializing our eVBA technology and redefining how humanity moves goods. With the upcoming launch of our Regulation A funding round in 2025, we are thrilled to announce that the “Test the Waters” campaign is now live! Throughout 2024, Team Aeros achieved remarkable progress on the Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC) project, including signing a pivotal contract with the 3PL company Shipbots, showcasing our innovations at Deliver America, and receiving incredible feedback from retailers. We successfully conducted delivery drone testing and secured a memorandum from the FAA to formalize a Technical Assistance (TA) partnership for the AFC initiative.

In addition to advancements on the AFC project, Aeros laid the foundation for scaling production by initiating plans for a 312,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility dedicated to mass production of the eVBA. The site selection process has begun, with Big Top selected as the hangar manufacturer. This year also saw major technological developments with the Sky Dragon airship, the eVBA, and other innovative systems.

JANUARY 14, 2024 – AEROS REVEALS MANUFACTURING FACILITY SITE PLAN

Aeros unveiled the site plan for its state-of-the-art Variable Buoyancy Airship (eVBA) manufacturing facility, spanning approximately 312,000 square meters. The facility will include 47,000 square meters dedicated to custom-designed hangars, purpose-built to accommodate two independent electric Variable Buoyancy eVBAs assembly lines.

FEBRUARY 24, 2024 – $1 MILLION WORTH OF PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR UKRAINE

For the past two years, Aeros has stood in solidarity with Ukraine, donating over $1 million worth of life-saving equipment to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This significant contribution underscores AEROS’s unwavering commitment to global humanitarian assistance and the protection of those fighting for their homeland.

MARCH 18, 2024 – NEW R&D FACILITY TO ADVANCE AIRSHIP AND DRONE INNOVATIONS

Aeros announced the opening of its new Research & Development (R&D) facility, dedicated to advancing cutting-edge airship and drone technologies. The state-of-the-art facility will focus on developing sustainable, zero-emission solutions for logistics and transportation, including the innovative Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC) system.

APRIL 15, 2024  – AEROS ANNOUNCES DEVELOPMENT OF DRONE DELIVERY SERVICE
Aeros announced the development of its groundbreaking drone delivery service, transforming the future of last-mile logistics. Powered by its innovative Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC) system, Aeros combines state-of-the-art electric airships and advanced drones to deliver packages directly to customers with unprecedented speed, efficiency, and sustainability.
MAY 20, 2024 – AEROS AND UNITED LAUNCH ALLIANCE SIGN AGREEMENT
Aeros and United Launch Alliance (ULA) signed an agreement to study the use of Aeros’ Electric Variable Buoyancy Air Vehicle (eVBA) for transporting ULA launch vehicles and components from their Decatur, Alabama factory to launch sites in Florida and California. Powered by green hydrogen, the eVBA’s vertical take-off and hover delivery capabilities enable infrastructure-independent transport that could promisingly reduce transit times from weeks to days and even hours.
JULY 25, 2024 – AEROS AND SHIPBOTS SIGN $25 MILLION LAST-MILE DELIVERY CONTRACT
ShipBots, a leading innovator in e-commerce fulfillment solutions, signed a landmark Last-Mile Service Purchase Contract with Aeros for package delivery using airships and drones. Under this agreement, Aeros will handle the delivery of 5 million parcels annually for ShipBots in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
JULY 29, 2024 – AEROS BRAND PARTNER AT THE 2024 FAA DRONE AND AAM SYMPOSIUM

AUGUST 1, 2024 – AEROS OFFICIALLY SUBMITS DRONE DELIVERY CONOPS TO FAA

SEPTEMBER 6, 2024 – AEROS NAMES SNELL & WILMER AS ATTORNEY FOR REG. A FILING
The Reg A offering supports capital requirements for the construction of a second manufacturing facility and the expansion of Aeros’ eVBA fleet. This includes the ML806 and the 66-ton payload ML866, both designed to address diverse needs such as e-commerce delivery, next-day air freight, project cargo transportation, military airlift, and humanitarian aid and disaster relief.

SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 – FAA ISSUES MEMORANDUM FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA)
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has established Technical Assistance with Aeros to support its Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC) program, recognizing its advanced technology, safety standards, and feasibility. The partnership represents a significant step for Aeros to be the first urban drone delivery service provider.
OCTOBER 10, 2024 – IGOR PASTERNAK SPEAKS AT 2024 DELIVER AMERICA
At the 2024 Deliver America Conference in Las Vegas, Aeros’ CEO Igor Pasternak spoke to leaders of the retail, supply chain, and logistics industries, delivering a keynote speech that unveiled the groundbreaking Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC) program, and its initial commercial operation schedule for 2025.
