AEROS CORPORATION APPOINTS SITAN ZHANG, CFA, AS VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE TO PROPEL STRATEGIC FINANCIAL INITIATIVES
MAY 21, 2025 – (LOS ANGELES) –Aeros Corporation, a global leader in advanced airship and aerostat technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sitan Zhang, CFA, as Vice President of Finance, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Zhang will oversee Aeros’ financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations as the company scales its electric Variable Buoyancy Airship (eVBA) program and expands its global operations.
Ms. Zhang brings over a decade of financial leadership experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Serving as the Vice President of Finance at Aeros, she will lead corporate finance initiatives and strategic financial planning. Her previous roles include Corporate Finance Consultant, Lead Consultant, Associate in Private Equity Sponsor Coverage, and Equity Derivatives Analyst. Ms. Zhang holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, bringing both strategic insight and operational rigor to the role.
