By entering Aeros facilities, all visitors agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
   • Visitors shall not share, communicate, or disclose any information about Aeros’ facilities, technology, projects, or discussions with outside parties, including companies with overlapping interests, without prior written approval.
2. Facility Conduct
   • Visitors must remain accompanied by an Aeros staff member at all times and stay within approved areas of the facility.
   • Visitors may not touch, operate, or handle any equipment, tools, or materials without prior authorization.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
   • All intellectual property, technologies, and concepts observed during the visit remain the sole property of Aeros. Visitors may not use, copy, or replicate any such information without written consent.
4. Safety & Liability
   • Visitors must comply with all safety guidelines provided.
   • If a visitor causes damage to Aeros property, they (or their organization) will be responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement.
   • Aeros is not liable for personal injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Prohibited Items
   • Visitors may not bring firearms, weapons, explosives, or any items prohibited by law onto Aeros property, regardless of possession of a concealed carry permit.
   • Visitors are responsible for the contents of their belongings and vehicles. Violation of this policy may result in denial of entry or removal from the facility.
6. Security & Compliance
   • Visitors may be required to present valid identification upon entry.
   • To maintain facility security and prevent the introduction of prohibited items, Aeros reserves the right to inspect personal belongings as a condition of entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of access.
   • Aeros reserves the right to deny access or remove any visitor who violates these terms.
7. Privacy Notice 
   • Visitor information collected on this form will be used only for visit coordination and follow-up communication, in line with applicable privacy regulations. Aeros will not share this information with third parties without consent.
