AEROS MID-YEAR REVIEW: RECENT MILESTONES AND HIGHLIGHTS
Aeros is building strong momentum across technology, policy, and capital—positioning us to become the backbone of a next-generation, zero-emission cargo ecosystem. I’m pleased to personally share recent milestones that highlight our operational readiness, national relevance and commercial acceleration.
Institutional MOU Signed with Global Investor.
We’re proud to share that Aeros has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a major global institutional investor. While the terms remain confidential, the agreement reflects strong conviction from a sophisticated capital partner, long-term alignment with our equity strategy, and international recognition of our category-defining role in logistics. This marks a major milestone in our capital formation strategy as we scale operations and prepare for potential public listing.
New Multi-Million Dollar Parcel Delivery Agreement Signed.
Aeros has signed a multi-million-dollar agreement to initiate commercial parcel delivery using our AFC platform—combining advanced airship systems with drone deployment technology.
This milestone validates commercial demand for our infrastructure-free delivery solution, initiates revenue-generating operations, and establishes a foundation for scalable, recurring parcel delivery services. The contract signals growing trust from the market in our ability to offer fast, zero-emission fulfillment at scale.
FAA-Certified Drone Pilots Onboard
Two of our engineers are now FAA-certified under Part 107, authorizing them to execute commercial drone deliveries from our Airborne Fulfillment Center (AFC).
This certification is a critical milestone in enabling safe, compliant drone operations launched directly from our airborne hubs.

Manifest 2025: Market Traction Confirmed
At Manifest 2025, one of the industry’s leading logistics conferences, Aeros captured strong interest from global 3PLs, e-commerce platforms, and freight service providers. Over the course of the event, we held more than 40 development meetings, engaged with major retailers and launched active pilot discussions, and validated demand for infrastructure-free, zero-emission delivery. This response affirms our platform’s value and our leadership in the future of logistics—demand for fast, clean, infrastructure-independent fulfillment has never been clearer.

We’re excited to welcome Sitan Zhang, CFA, as our new VP of Finance. With deep experience in capital markets and accounting, Sitan is leading our fundraising strategy and public market readiness as we prepare for our Regulation A Tier 2 offering.

Successful Test of eVBA Cargo Management System
We’ve successfully integrated and tested a functional mockup of the Cargo Bay Handling System for our electric variable buoyancy airship (eVBA). Key features include:
Automated handling for diverse cargo: pallets, packages, humanitarian aid, military equipment
In-flight loading/unloading, eliminating turnaround delays
Up to 264,000 cubic feet of cargo volume (ML866) with ISO container compatibility

This system represents a leap in infrastructure-free, scalable logistics—positioning Aeros at the forefront of in-air cargo operations.
With these accomplishments, Aeros is moving forward with confidence toward its planned Regulation A public offering. Shares can now be reserved in advance with no financial commitment. As availability will be limited, we encourage you to join us early in driving the next logistics transformation.
